These truffles are fab!
- 20 digestive biscuits
- 125g melted butter
- 200g condensed milk
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 125g desiccated coconut (and more for rolling)
- Crush the digestives
- Mix the digestives, cocoa and desiccated coconut
- Mix the melted butter and condensed milk and allow to cool slightly
- Add the wet to the dry ingredients
- Roll into balls (wet your hands between each one so you don’t end up with half of the mixture left on your hands!)
- Roll in desiccated coconut
- Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
