Chocolate Biscuit Truffles

If calories offend you, I would stop reading now.

These truffles are fab!


  • 20 digestive biscuits
  • 125g melted butter
  • 200g condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cocoa
  • 125g desiccated coconut (and more for rolling)


  • Crush the digestives
  • Mix the digestives, cocoa and desiccated coconut
  • Mix the melted butter and condensed milk and allow to cool slightly
  • Add the wet to the dry ingredients
  • Roll into balls (wet your hands between each one so you don’t end up with half of the mixture left on your hands!)
  • Roll in desiccated coconut
  • Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes
