These little canapés are great for summer. Really quick to make and super tasty!
- 30 cooked king prawns
- 30 slices of chorizo
- Using a cocktail stick, skewer the prawn and then the chorizo
- Try to have the tail wrapping around the chorizo
- Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan
- Fry gently for a couple of minutes on each side until hot through
