Prawn & Chorizo Canapé

These little canapés are great for summer. Really quick to make and super tasty! 

Prawn and chorizo

Ingredients:-

  • 30 cooked king prawns 
  • 30 slices of chorizo

Method:-

  • Using a cocktail stick, skewer the prawn and then the chorizo 
  • Try to have the tail wrapping around the chorizo
  • Heat a small amount of oil in a frying pan
  • Fry gently for a couple of minutes on each side until hot through
