Yorkshire Puddings

You can’t have a roast beef dinner without Yorkshire puds! 
Ingredients:-

  • 140g flour
  • 4 eggs
  • 200ml milk
  • Sunflower oil for greasing

Method:-

  • Heat your oven to 220C
  • Drizzle sunflower oil into a 12 hole bun tin until the bases are covered and put the tin in the oven
  • Put the flour into a bowl and whisk in the eggs until smooth
  • Gradually add in the milk and keep whisking
  • Pour the batter into a jug
  • Carefully remove the bun tin from the oven
  • Pour the batter evenly into the tin
  • Carefully place back in the oven
  • Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crisp

Yorkshire puddings.
